Tribal MIECHV Information

Tribal MIECHV grants are administered by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), separately from state and jurisdiction MIECHV awards. The Tribal MIECHV Program supports federally recognized tribes, tribal organizations, and urban Indian organizations in developing, implementing, or expanding evidence-based, culturally grounded home visiting programs for expectant families and families with young children up to kindergarten age. Of the 566 federally recognized Tribes in the United States, 29 receive MIECHV home visiting grants annually.
